What Is The Process For Starting Counseling?

Making the decision to seek support can be a big one.  Let me help you to make the process as easy as possible.  Call me at 909-569-9547.  If I'm not able to take your call at the moment, leave your name, number, and some good times to reach you.  I will call you back (usually within 24 hours) and talk with you about what you are looking for and how I may be able to help. This will be the time for you to ask questions and briefly discuss what it is you'd like to address in therapy.  If we feel that we could work well together and are a good fit, we will schedule your first appointment.  If you'd prefer to email me, you can do that as well. I can be reached at loridrozdcounseling@gmail.com.

What Is Your Fee?

My fee is $125 for a 50-minute session.

What Types Of Payment Do You Accept?

You may pay by check, cash, or credit card.

How Often Will We Meet?

Your session will be reserved for you at the same time every week, unless otherwise arranged. Depending on your specific needs, therapy can be short-term, for a specific issue, or longer-term, to deal with more difficult patterns or your desire for more personal development.

Do You Take Insurance?

I do not take insurance, but can provide you with a superbill/receipt to submit to your insurance company.  As insurance companies differ in their policies, please verify your plan's mental health benefits for out-of-network mental health providers.  Please note that some clients choose to pay privately as insurance providers require a mental health diagnosis for your records and may limit your number of sessions.

If you're considering getting counseling, Lori knows that you may have questions about the how the counseling process works or even if it's right for you. Below are some common questions that Lori receives about the counseling process, along with the answers.  If you don't find your questions on here, please contact Lori, and she will gladly help you.
